Our Work
Welcome to your Programs Page. This is an excellent opportunity to learn about the programs created to support immigrant families in becoming self-s and successfully integrating into their communities.

Employment assistance
Career guidance, résumé development workshops, job assistance, and skills enhancement to support participants in securing employment.
Education and Youth support
Providing tutoring, mentoring, life-skills training, and positive youth development opportunities for children and young adults. This includes supporting school-age children through programs such as 4-H, which offers hands-on learning experiences, leadership development, community service, and activities that build confidence, responsibility, and practical skills.

Community integration
English language classes, cultural orientation, community events, and support services to help newcomers who have lived in Polk County for less than five years successfully adjust to life in the United States, build connections, and become active members of the community.
Social support and referrals
We connect individuals and families with trusted community resources to help meet their immediate and long-term needs. Through our network of partner organizations, we provide referrals to immigration legal services, affordable housing resources, food assistance, healthcare providers, mental health counseling, financial literacy programs, and other essential support services. Our team works closely with each client to identify available resources, navigate community systems, and access the services needed to build stability, independence, and a successful future.
